I had got a desire to begin my firm, nevertheless I did not earn enough amount of cash to do that. Thank God my close colleague recommended to utilize the credit loans. Hence I took the commercial loan and realized my dream.

Hi!
I was introduced to this podcast by Compassionate Cooks newsletter. I am always happy to meet Vegan Running (and redhead!) Moms like myself!
It was a great find, especially during the mid-winter blahs here in Buffalo.

Hi Megan,
I just wanted to say hi and thanks for the podcast. I went vegan last year (and lost about 63lbs in the process) and started to enjoy keeping fit. My big thing until a few weeks ago was hiking, but about 8 weeks ago I decided to give running a go. Today I ran my first 10km, and I am so pleased with myself.
I take your podcast out with me on my 4 runs each week, and the fact that you are really putting in the miles helps to keep me motivated. Keep the podcasts coming, and say hi to Scout!
I'm following you on Twitter too as @fadryn.
