    This is an interview with Craig from Earth Cafe. Earth Cafe is an amazing vegan, raw, gluten free cheesecake bakery! Eric and I have tried 4 flavors to date and and we are hooked. Please visit their website and give them a try. You won’t believe how good it is! Many thanks to Craig for talking with me. It was fun!

    My show closes out with a wonderful voice mail from Gordon. Its a voice mail that I felt so honored to recieve. I must say in return that it was (and still is) my honor to help him, to meet him and his Family.
